Lindsey Dey has broad experience working with homeowners, businesses and local government within and including the following: Central Coast, Bayside, Canterbury- Bankstown, Canada Bay, Northern Beaches, Ku-Ring-Gai, Mosman, Willoughby, Lane Cove, Liverpool, Hunters Hill, Wingecarribee, Wollondilly, Georges River, Parramatta and North Sydney Councils.
Lindsey has been an expert member of the Lane Cove, Inner West, Bayside and Liverpool Local Planning Panels (LPP). Her roles on those Panels ended in February 2024 after the maximum 2 terms allowed by the State Government.
In May 2024 Lindsey was reappointed to the NSW Government’s pool of approved LPP experts. She is currently a member of the Canada Bay, Canterbury- Bankstown, Central Coast, Liverpool and Wollondilly Local Planning Panels. She is North Sydney Council’s community representative on its LPP.
Services include extensive stakeholder consultation during the planning and DA processes. This approach helps ensure that all aspects are dealt with prior to lodgment with Council.
Lindsey has also assisted many Councils with the assessment and processing of DA’s, the preparation of Planning Proposals (PP) and Development Control Plans (DCP).
